NOKC.ca in Reflection -- In October of 2011 I won a trip to Italy, via winning the Sr. Rotax NOKC championship. I was treated to a weekend of exciting top of the world racing, sponsored by G.P. Canada. I had a G.P Kart provided to me along with an engine and a set of tires. This trip would have never been possible for me without the great prize the NOKC and Launi family provided. I met the owners of G.P and had a great time. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a competitive field of drivers to race in the NOKC, and maybe you could win a fantastic prize just like I did.

GP RACING CANADA SET TO TAKE ON SKUSA SUPERNATIONALS

"Four drivers to contest karting's biggest event"

Gilford, Ontario - October 30, 2012 - With the 2012 karting season about to come to a close, GP Racing Canada will take on one last event, the 16th running of the Superkarts! USA (SKUSA) SuperNationals. Known as one of the biggest and grandest karting events in the world, four drivers will look to put their GP Racing Canada/Innisfil Indy machines at the front of the pack against stacked fields of international competitors. Taking place on a temporary circuit in the parking lot at the Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada November 14-18, the GP Racing Canada entries will be put to the test as they hope to achieve ultimate SuperNats glory.

Leading the charge for GP Racing Canada is two-time Florida Winter Tour Shifter Champion Zach Meyer. Taking on some of the biggest names in karting, including a host of European factory drivers, Meyer will look to put his GP chassis at the top of the time sheets in the ultra-competitive headline KZ2 category. Joining Meyer in the Intercontinental C powered class will be Northern Ontario Karting Championship (NOKC) standout and Grand National Bear winner Nico Fattore.

Another Ontario karting standout will look to reign supreme in the stacked TaG Senior category. After contesting the TaG Junior class in 2010, Chad Campbell will make the jump to the mixed engine class in the Senior ranks. Vying for solid results in this ultra-competitive field, Campbell will take on a staggering 120 entries during the November event.

Completing the GP Racing Canada line-up is S5 competitor Nelson Learn. Contesting the youngest shifter category, Learn will be back and looks to improve upon his 13th place result during the 2011 edition of the prestigious event.

The four member GP Racing Canada team will take to the track Wednesday, November 14 for the first of two practice days. Qualifying and the first of three heat races is set for Friday, November 16 with the final two heats, LCQs and B Mains following on Saturday. Finally, SuperNats XVI will conclude with 'Super Sunday' with main events tentatively scheduled to start at 10am Pacific Time.
